We start by agreeing the monitoring purpose and suitable properties. Our team then specifies sensor placement, connectivity and reporting, installs the agreed devices and connects your team to the platform. Access arrangements and installation scope are agreed before work begins.
What connectivity will our buildings need?+
Connectivity is assessed for your properties and the selected devices. Tell us about any network or access restrictions during your demo so the team can confirm what is needed before installation. Device capabilities and reporting intervals form part of the agreed specification.
Can it work with our existing systems?+
Bring the names of your housing-management systems and the workflows you want to connect. We’ll review the required data, reporting and integration scope with you. Supported connections and any additional work need to be confirmed for your project.
How is pricing worked out?+
Request a quote for your portfolio and monitoring requirements. Ask us to separate the proposed sensors and installation, connectivity, platform access, ongoing support and any integration work, so you can review the full scope before deciding.
What happens after installation?+
We agree the reporting and response workflow around your team. Discuss onboarding, support arrangements and responsibility for reviewing alerts with us as part of your proposal. Monitoring can be combined with our survey and remediation services.
Can we try it before a wider rollout?+
The monitoring trial covers 20 properties for 60 days, with connected sensors, platform alerts and reports, and a written review. It is subject to survey and availability; installation arrangements and end-of-trial terms are confirmed in writing before you begin.
